All the tension is pouring out today and it hurts.

But tears are refreshingly cleansing.
I’m doing what they say to do-just feel your feelings. So, I’m feeling them.

It feels lousy, but I also know feelings are not permanent.
I’ve been crying for hours off and on, and wildly-I feel better. Why am I so scared to cry when I need to?
